Hahahahah wrote:Who cares about how many resets or days it took. They still achieved 8/8 before any other guild. Not only that, but they completely owned all the other guilds. They were 8/8 while the other guilds were 6/8. That's a huge feat and one that the other top guilds haven't been able to achieve.

On the contrary. 10 days for the second last and only 3 days for the last indicates the last encounter is much easier than the second last. Which means Blizzard messed up the tuning.

And if multiple guilds manage to complete the instance in only 2 resets, it proves the encounter was much easier than LK hc and Ragnaros hc, which took several more resets to complete.

Well, they do not deserve any sympathy.

Not this garbage again. Next time the WF will go to a guild who dares to take advantage of an exploit, and all the guilds who got banned this time will be rightfully pissed. As Ensidia about WF Magmaw hc.

But regardless of that. KIN raiders didn't beat Paragon, Method, Ensidia, etc. Blizzard beat them. Which sucks for KIN raiders too.

Michael Jordan didn't exploit game mechanics one year, get suspended and fall short on winning a title. That comparison makes no sense.

What's the matter?

Paragon didn't get World First this time. No one can stay at the top forever, it would be boring as hell.

They are still my favourite guild and I'll cheering for Paragon next tier again. (;

I would really like to take a look into Blizzards internal strategy paper relating to the Asian markets and the contemplated measures :-)

"Pandaland"
"Pokemon-Fights"
"Korean World Firsts"
"Starcraft 2 reputation"
"Starcraft 2 TV shows"
"Gamers treated like celebrities"

+

"stagnation of subscriptions in US+EU"
"double resets"
"SWOTR"

+

"Asian market as a region with a extremely high market potential"

=

Coincidence?

Maybe yes, maybe not.

Nevertheless, KIN-Raiders are not the ones to blame. Indeed they did a great job and there should be no envy or jealousy! Congrats to them.

One loss, and then?

In next tier Paragon will be stronger, this is a fact, even best of the best make mistakes, they only humans.

Dogs remain bark but the caravan moves on.

You are right Diamondtear. But what i saw from most of your players, they did not min maxed their characters in terms of using full epic gems.I have calculated about the feral druids and they miss about 160 agility from that, which is ~800dps same for most other classes. On the other hand after the world first spine kill i checked the ppl from the korean guild they were absolutely fully epic gemmed.17-18 dps with 500-800 less dps then optimal is a big thing.I think you just didnt take very seriously this tier's race, just my opinion.
