With the new T13 4 set are more hunters returning to using AS as a focus dump and reducing their haste to 1250? or are you keeping the AI cast time below 1.8s and just throwing in a random AS shot now and then?
Just wondering what other hunters have decided to do

I think it honestly comes down to personal preference. If you look at World of Logs and the top ranking Hunters you will find that each usually follows their comfort zone and not everyone is following one Plateau/rotation. Right now I am using the 1235 with AS focus dump simply because it works well with all fights.
