Hey Iiris, my dps seems low compared to others in my guild even though according to wow heroes my gear is better than all of them. Just wanted to know if I'm doing anything wrong with my gear or if it's normal for a ret to be lower on the meters.

The reason I used Festergut is because, for the most part, it's continuous dps on the same target.
The second parse is with the 5% dmg buff.

Looks like a terribly UI for healing. If you are looking at grid there, you'll miss everything that is happening on the battlefield.

Personally I haven't much problem on what's happening around me probably beacause healing as a pala isn't that so hard, but also beacause this interface leave che middle of the screen very clean with no addons and I think this is usefull, many interface has too much addons in the middle decreasing the field of view. ( IMHO )

Hello everyone at Paraon. Thank you for helping those of us that want to become better.

The dps in my guild is getting better and better every week. I am having trouble holding agro right off the pull. If the mages crit too much i lose agro and sindrogosa breathes on the raid-wipe. Not all the time but sometimes.

I wanted to get some advice for best single target burst threat rotation that you use so your dps doesnt have to hold back at all.

Hunters, pulling aggro right off the bat? Haven't they heard about this new and awesome ability called "Misdirection", by any chance? (And the other one, called "Feign Death"...)

actually the hunter I never had pull agro right off the bat but he does creep up there during the fight and i have to have him fd. On sind last week the mage pulled it right off. maybe he has to hold back for a bit but maybe he doesnt have to if i can increase threat.

1 guy says i need a 240 hit and should replace 5 stam gems to get it and eat hit food. Another says i should be ok and work on starting rotation and keep the sta gems.


I was really looking to see what Lazeil uses for max threat off the pull so hunters dont have to FD and mages,spriest,warlocks mostly dont have to hold back dps. Ty for your imput though Kruf ill make sure they misdirect if they are not.

Ilonie, whats the Buff you have there on the right side (top) thats stacking between 14 and 16?
And!....you stacking some white buff until 20 stacks...what is that?

The white one is from the meteorite crystal trinket. The other stacking one is the new feature Blizzard included that hides some buffs like PW:F behind one single icon to reduce clutter. You can find it in your interface options.

To answer the other dude: I use mouseover macros for healing

I don't think our tanks have ever had a threat problem at pull, we usually have 2 hunters (both MM, so both do a double MD) and at least 2 rogues in raid, that's over 100k initial threat for the tank. Hunters will always creep up eventually (no threat reducing talents) if they're doing proper dps, but that's what FD is for (and they really should FD before they pass the tank, just in case it gets resisted).
