Since he is still listed on his Mage as main I would expect him to continue using that for the 4.3 HM progression.

I'm using mostly default UI but I have EventHorizon for skill cooldowns+some procs and NeedToKnow for other procs and timers that I need to know. Actionbars, unit frames, raid frames etc. are all default.

And I'm not gonna play ret pala in 4.3 sadly =(, let's see what happens in Mists of Pandaria.

My apologies again for your concern, but again I need your help. this sword http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/item/77191 have so randomly proc on tentacle: for example - first fight 400k damage the same fight 1.6kk damage -.- but there is http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/item/78403 . very hard to understand what's all the same would be a priority. I understand that a very stupid question that does not want to answer but EJ and other forums, software does not give me the information you need to sort out. the only way I see it many hours of beating dolls ogri .... if you can help it forward:)

I haven't looked much into these new melee weapons but what I've heard, Gurthalak's proc rate is really low so your DPS might vary a lot during short fights depending on your luck with the proc.

That said, I can't really tell which one is better, the normal Gurthalak or the heroic Specimen Slicer since I haven't done any calculations on the tentacle damage but if you want more consistent DPS, you should take the heroic Slicer.

Imperically proven that indeed heroic slicer is higher dps.
