Demo reforge question

Hi guys! This is my armory: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/h ... 6/advanced . I have a doubt about DMC:V reforge. Not sure if it's good reforge mastery to haste for the threshold, or ignore the threshold (1573).
What do you warlocks say about that?

Edit: I have "Fingers of Incinerations" normal, "Wristwraps of Arrogant Doom" Heroic. Waiting for heroic tier shoulders
