The thing is, MSBT doesn't really have one or even three settings pages I can just screenshot away, and I really haven't put any polish or careful thought to them so I don't really feel like making them soundly available when I feel like they're not properly done.

If you spend some time toying with the MSBT options, you should be able to replicate whatever it is that you've seen and liked. If you have trouble with that, I'll be glad to help.
