Computer Suggestions

I need some suggestions on a desktop computer under 600 or 700$ that would be good for playing WoW, I currently am playing on my toshiba laptop with an external monitor attached. Playing at 10fps isn't fun :p so I want to run wow with high latency and on ultra with no problems.. any suggestions?
