Hey, i just wondered if the direbrew trinket 340 intellect + direct heals and HoTs grants a chance to get 2040 haste is better then eye of the alyzrasor trinket heroic?

Assuming you mean the normal trinket, because 340 int VS. 433 int is just no competition:
383 int VS. 340 int
16k (32k crit, procs from hots/direct heals) VS. 2040 haste every ~45 sec. for 10 seconds (procs from hots/direct heals)
When it proccs, you will gain an extra tick of following spells (assuming you are at the 2005 haste breakpoint):
-6th tick on Rejuvenation.
-14th tick of Lifebloom. (2 more = more clearcasting aswell as healing, especially in ToL)
-10th tick on Wild Growth/Efflorescence.
- 6th tick on Tranquility hot caused by Tranquility.
While wearing the other trinket (On heroic because I havent got to test it on normal) it did 224.6k healing on Ragnaros heroic 10 man (Which is 1.6% of my overall healing)

I would say going for the egg over the normal Alys trinket would be ideal (atleast if you track it) because the healing from the Alys trinket is so random, and doesen't heal that much (even the heroic trinket) and it doesen't have enough int to make that much of a difference on normal. One more tick from all of those spells is gonna mean a lot more, and you can atleast controll who to use it on.

Anyway, compered with the HC trinket, I would (and am) deffenently go for the Alys hc trinket. 17.7k healing every ~45 sec is quite a bit, and the extra bit of int just makes the big difference.
