H Pally CDs

So ive started a holy pally alt. Doing fine as far as healing goes but one thing i havent figured out is all the cds at disposal. I havent taken him into a raid yet so that may be an issue (just been doing heroics) but if anyone can give me an account of their experience. Specifically GoAK, DF, HoSac, & Avenging Wrath. Im sure most are for predictable damage or phases in raids but wanted a better understanding on when/how before i go into a raid
