heya, got a question for xenophics im wondering why u wouldnt use tier gloves and the legs from alys considering u got haste on both and the tier legs havnt got any.

I don't know anything about priest stat values but I would imagine the big amount of int that ilvl 397 gloves have would trump over any rating differences on other slots.
