Was checking Fragi/Fragie UI in assembly and was wondering from where has he done those big icons to show the neccesary dots / buffs / debuffs with time remaining ? Is it customized Power Auras or something else. Really simple and effective imo.

Auracle is the addon you are looking for, though I have done similar looking things with weakauras to track some tricky (de)buffs/cooldowns.
