Off-Hand - Normal Sulfuras Or Heroic Skullstealer

Hello,
i have a question to my fellow Warriors
im trying to find an answer for a while and i couldn't find any post regarding this topic.

My question is about TG Fury regarding the Off-Hand, i realized that Heroic Skullstealer is better then Normal Sulfuras on Main-Hand becasue of the Weapon damage.
but what about the off-hand?
should i get Sulfuras which has better stats (crit/str)? or should i go with Heroic Skullstealer? for weapon dmg even for the off-hand as Raging Blow hits with both weapons.

whats the impact of Off-handed 3.8 speed weapon on my rage income?

Better choice for off-hand is Zoid's Firelit Greatsword Random drop from any FL bosses on Heroic.
