Hey, is it important to get this as fast as possible, like skipping the shannox heroic shoulders for tier shoulders is better?

I haven't gotten to test the exact mechanics yet, but from the looks of it it seems to be a few %s of extra healing on most encounters. That's rather good. Off the top of my head I'd guess that 378 4t is more or less on par with 4x 391 offpieces, or slightly better. It's definitely not worth missing out on for a single item (or two).
