Change gem on boots from 20 haste 20 int to 40 int as you are over haste capped, (2033 over 2005) and you ll be fine with 20 more int and 2013 haste.
Change minor glyph from Aquatic Form til Dash.
Other than that it seems flawless other than the hit on your gear.
Also if I were you, I would consider farming for the JP the trinket, and drop down to the 1573 haste breakpoint cap (assuming you got dark intent and 5% haste buff) til you get more haste and can go back to the 2005. Personal prefferences though. Want more int or wanna be above the haste breakpoint? If you dont get DI on progressing fights just stick with what you got for now.

Sorry was really tired when I wrote this :P Didn't see that the loss from 10 haste yellow socket bonus would get you 2 haste points bellow the 2005 haste cap.
