DPS issues since 4.2 and not sure why

To make it simple i have had issues in firelands ever since the patch has hit and not quite sure why. Before i was able to pull 15k+ dps easily and with the new bosses im struggling to get even near that. i keep up my dots almost all the time and keep up my stacks of shadow embrace along with using SB->COE->haunt->BoD->UA->corruption and then use SB as filler til 25% then use soul drain. Im not sure maybe if the trinks are not procing like they used to or what but its caused me to fail a tryout for a group because my dps looked like crud and i was doing everything i can. And yes i use shadowflame when i can actually get near the boss.

Having the exact same issue. My average dps in ZU/ZG + Firelands have dropped 6-7k

I'm usually in top5 in BWD and other raids but after patch 4.2 i'm far behind especially mages

Dude i am not a pro but 1) lock do not need that kind of hit 2) try to increase your haste arange your reforges so hit near to 16 % then you should spent all you point to haste.Destroy all your items reforge and start again with the above priorities .That should help(i assume that you use felhunter of course).Dont reforge all item in a row.Compare which items provide you more free point for what you need .Gl

First in zu + za you miss the raid buffs that is a major dps reduction for locks.I dont know if you are going 10 men fl but your set up may miss the buffs that you really need.

In the other hand :

INT>HIT>HASTE>CRIT>MAST check your char.Haste = extra tick on immolate ---->more dmg on immolate ----->more dmg on conflagrate ------> Dmg boosted.Mastery is your last stat priority dude


Also i am not 100% sure but since you have alchemy you could change your trinket with alchemy stone 350 int!!And find hit from somewhere else
