Hello :)
can someone check my gear and my stats please : http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/s ... zar/simple
and i have some questions about resto Druids if you can help me with it :

1st : whats your aims do you have for your gear? Stat-wise etc
2nd : whats your Healing rotation in raids . (Which abilities do you prefer to prioritize over others in order to gain as much HPS as possible) :
3rd : what talents you prefer more over others in Resto spec ?

and thanks :)

Without Shard of Woe, shoot for either 916 or 2005 haste rating. If you can get to 2005 without sacrificing more than ~100 int, do so. Otherwise drop down to near 916 by reforging.

If you don't need to min/max to the last detail, you can just treat int >> mastery = crit = spirit at that gear level. Just pick up whatever has the highest ilvl, and don't worry about things too much. Just keep your haste near the breakpoint, and maximize intellect. As an easy rule of thumb you can treat 1 point of intellect as equivalent to 3 points of some rating or spirit. Spec 3/3 Moonglow and 2/3 Furor for a more forgiving playstyle with that ilvl.

The longer version is that int >> mastery > crit > spirit in a time-constrained fight for maximum healing done. This assumes that you maintain close to 100% mastery bonus (~= harmony uptime) for your spells, otherwise crit will close the distance to mastery. Having low spirit means that poor decisions get penalized a bit further, since you'll have less mana to just spam spells around. Moonglow > Genesis > Furor on paper.

You want to keep Lifebloom always up. Use Swiftmend and Wild Growth pretty much on cooldown (if there's need for healing), and place Swiftmend so that you get proper use out of Efflorescence. Use your procs on HT or Regrowth. When you can't do any of those, you'll most likely be throwing a Rejuvenation on someone, idling, or casting HT or Nourish on the tank.

Note that you have Tree of Life and Tranquility on a 3-minute cooldown -- plan them and use them. You can use ToL either as a mana cooldown by spamming Lifeblooms + clearcasted Regrowths around, or as a healing cooldown by simply being badass with 8-target WGs and +20% healing.

You can use something like http://wowtal.com/#k=gsuYHS6L.b0w.druid . as your base spec. There's a lot of room for personal preference though:

Furor -> Genesis -- for those who have enough gear to handle it, Genesis is better on paper.
Perseverance -> Living Seed / Nature's Bounty -- if you don't need damage reduction anywhere
Nature's Swiftness / Dispel -> Living Seed / Nature's Bounty -- if you don't need them, I do recommend keeping at least NS though
Some filler points -> Blessing of the Grove -- if you really want to sacrifice utility or versatility for that last bit of throughput
