Just curious why you're using Stay of Execution trinket, everything I've read says it's not that great.
I'm assuming it's either;
a) The cooldown is good, or
b) something specific to do with Ragnaros

I'm going to take a stab at this, but I could be wrong.

It doesn't look like Lazeil needs more mastery at this point, and the absorb from the trinket probably comes in handy on many occasions, even with the damage done to you afterwards.
