You should played Wow back then in Vanilla, you´d be amazed to hear that old Ragnaros took 3 month after the first kill on Major Domo, and god knows how long it took to reach Major Domo and get a kill.

Remember that 80% of the people of this big guilds such as Paragon, Method, Ensidia, Premonition and Blood Legion play wow since vanilla and as many have said Vanilla bosses were easier but lasted longer beacause players were weaker.
