Hello ... I have some questions for Paragon's rogue (obviously anyone can answer):
1) I'm Combat atm ... but I saw Rakez reforging with mastery, leaving expertise at 8 and reaching hit rating @ 16%. Why ? Is the haste so useless now ? Then ... what about gems ? Rakez uses 3 gems +67 agi (jc) and lots of +40agi dropping +20agi/+20 haste, and keeping +2' agi/+20 hit rating as always
2) What about the rotation ? Something has changed from the previous patch ?

I was playing mutilate earlier so that's probably why the items were reforged that way.
Everything regarding playing the spec is pretty much the same as before, refer to the EJ guide for details.
