Haste or mastery for Demo?

Greetings, Warlocks of Paragon!

I'll be running a demo spec for FL (raid needs the sp buff) and I can't seem to find a clear answer on whether to stack haste or mastery for this spec.

As you can see there, a general rule would be mastery>haste>crit

According to the simcraft results, haste seems to have a higher scaling than mastery.

Yeah, at higher gear lvls yup.
I'm pretty sure that back in 372 gear mastery was better at start, and according to the guys at EJ it seems it is right
