PTR question

Hey dear Paragon's :)
Just wanna ask if you guys have been out there in Firelands to test ptr?
If so, Do you find it difficult or more difficult than many other BWD and BoT bosses?
A little secret question, When you guys are walking into a new boss, how can you manage to get it so fast, i know so far that, it's really some brain stress if you gotta figure everything out by it self, so i can almost say my self that you already know abit about a boss when you walk into it? So my question here is? Can some of you guys read Script or Codes, like wow's MPQ files? to manage the boss information abit? and then do the rest by yourself? (like mmo does?)

Blizzard posted an in depth description of every 4.2 boss encounter, mechanic and in some cases even how to counter that mechanic in a "dungeon journal" however the journal actually gives you the mechanics of literally every fight in game be it a 5man heroic or Ragnaros 25 heroic. A few mins glancing the guide gives you a good idea of how the fight can play out from positioning, phases, movement, tactics, adds, kiting and other required actions to complete an encounter.
