Spell rotation

Hello mates. Can u help me pls with spell rotation? And refogers? I have 357 ilvl and my primari refogers is haste...its good?:-) I mean i have good dps but have it some problem in my spell rotation and dont know where is problem

Boomkin spell rotation, starting from neutral (no eclipse)

Moonfire>Insect Swarm>S>Nukes (and use starsurge when shooting stars procs)

Your nukes involve Wrath and Starfire, obviously use Starfire if it is lunar and Wrath if it is Solar.
