Here is a parse over a night of raiding, after looking at my Rejuv + Wild Growth healing percentages, they look very similar to some high ranking healers but my HPS just isn't on par, and I really can't figure out why. Is there any tips you can give me, to up my HPS, or will my HPS really go up by like 8k with just more heroic gear?

Also, here is a link to my armory;

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me out!

I can't spot any obvious flaws in the spec (though blessing of the grove should always be replaced with either perseverance or living seed).

Your haste rating according to armory is in a pretty strange spot, you should consider going for the breakpoint around 2005 haste. Mandala of Stirring patterns (with haste reforge) might help you get up there. Moonkin relic also isn't too bad.

Are you perhaps not coordinating well enough with other healers to avoid excessive overhealing against your hots?

Still, when comparing HPS one should always remember these:
- Healing requires damage to be taken, if your guild brings too many healers compared to damage then you can't get very high numbers
- If other guilds are killing the boss faster, then they can afford to bring less healers (allowing those healers to burn mana faster and thus get higher HPM)
