Lazeil Libram choice

I saw Lazeil using 264 protection libram, is it any good compared to 245 one?

19 extra dodge rating, but takes time to build it up and easier to drop of due to its shorter duration

Its a very small upgrade but I had nothing else to buy before hard modes opened so I bought that.
