Noticed you combat rogues are speccing and glyphing for Gouge, was wondering why that is? Any significant usage for it in pve?

Makes Sinestra fight easyer.
Copy paste from wowhead since im lazy....
Twilight Spitecaller Add that appears at Sinestra encounter, in phase two. It can gain buff called Indomitable, if you stun or daze it. You can prevent it from casting Unleash Essence with rogue Gouge, ret paladin Repentance and hunter Scatter Shot.
However, if the mob has Indomitable buff, it is imune to any of those interrupts. Indomitable can be dispelled by any enrage dispelling ability (Shiv, Tranquilizing Shot), but it is much better to avoid triggering it.
