boomkin hitcap

ive been looking at a lot of boomkins that have finished this tiers content, mostly in full 372, and are not getting hitcap. their hitcaps are all around 16.4 or lower. Just wondering what the strategy is behind that.

Does int outweigh hit once you get BiS?

I have read most of your posts and you rarely give straight answers which in a way is quote unique as it leaves us with guidance but we have to figure it out for our selves. Anyway I myself have the same question as Tomni and i was not able to determine the correct reasoning based of the 2 links you provided. Unless i missed something Elitist Jerks still says a hit cap of 1742. And you and a lot of other boomkins do not get the cap. Out of the kindness of your heart could you please tell us why you do not get the cap?

my links give you enough information, infact only the second one is enough. just get wrathcalcs, input your gear and check if hit is weaker than any other stats at certain points (e.g missing 1-5 rating from cap --> would have to reforge lets say 20 mastery to hit to get the cap, but is it worth it? all this info can be found by using wrathcalcs)


and the reason i give links, is that i hate ppl who cba to find the info themselves and expect raiders in top guilds to hand it to them in a silver plate.
