Hi Orci, I wont upload the files to my UI but I'll show you SS and tell what addons I use. Ultimately you should aim to create an interface that suits you and you feel comfortable with, being able to spot important information from both mods and ingame details easily.

http://img189.imageshack.us/img189/1438/mageuie.jpg It is scaled down alot by imageshack but you are able to see the layout of elements. Raidframes are not visible as Im currently on dummies in the shot but they are placed in top left corner.

Here is the list of mods I use:
Big Wigs - Bossmod
Dominos - Action bars
Quartz - Castbars and debuff timers
Omen - Threatmeter
MSBT - Scrolling combat text mod
OmniCC - Creates cooldown count on top of skills
Power Auras Classic - Very important and highly configurable, used to create ingame triggers for procs and buffs/debuffs so you can track them more easily
Prat 3.0 - Chat
Recount - Meter for damage and other stuff
Stuf unit & raid frames
Tiptac - Tooltip mod
