Killing Spree

Hello, I wanted to know how you all handle killing spree on fights like H:Chimaeron and Al'Akir where you have to spread out/share equal space with others. Also any tips on when to use killing spree on other encounters would be much appreciated... I found out the hard way on Atramedes to wait till after the sound discs to use it X_X lol. As of right now on most fights I just wait till I'm low on energy but I would like to try and optimize my damage. As before any advice is much appreciated :)

My guild usually situates me right behind Chim so that i can KS with out getting in 6yrds of other people. I'm to only Combat rogue though. But when there is another Combat rogue in the group, I wait until the end of Feud and then pop KS while everyone is spreading back out.
