gemming and reforging

Hi finnish neighbours.

I was told when cata released,fury warriors need 27% hit cap,when i see you guys you have around 8%.
Can someone please help me with gemming and reforging.

Q: What are my stat priorities?
A: Get 8% Hit (including Precision), 26 Expertise. After that, TG prioritizes Strength > Crit > Mastery > Hit (up to 27%) > Haste.

But thought arms warriors don't need expertise isn't that for only tanks?

You didnt mention anything about Arms in your post.

those are for Arms.
