Rage & Dps issues

Hi,
I currently play a Fury warrior and I can't really say I'm happy with the numbers I'm pulling.
I was hoping you guys could help me figure out what I am doing wrong and what could I improve.

I also often find myself rage starved. I only use Heroic strike when above 60 rage so I don't think thats the issue.
Question: Will it be more beneficial to stack a little more hit (~10% Including Precision ) to avoid rage issues?

If theres anything I could do to improve please let me know.
