Aimed Shot vs Arcane Shot

Hello there,

After the Aimed shot nerf and Aspect of the Hawk buff , I've read on the some forums that Arcane shot is more powerful than Aimed Shot as a focus dump(While Careful Aim is not active and when you are not under a lot of haste effects). Is this true?
Is there any haste % which will make aimed shot better than arcane shot? (Without Rapid fire/Bloodlust)

What's better: Aimed shot or Arcane Shot?
I wonder if anyone here on the forums or Paragon hunters have done any testing and what are their thoughts about it?

It is correct that Arcane Shot is better dump while you are not under haste effects (Rapid Fire/ Bloodlust). Hard casting aimed shots thru whole fight is around 5k less dps in our raid. We tested it that Geru hard casted aimed thru whole fight while i was shooting Arcane shot and i made around 5k more dps in various fights than him. So its pretty safe to say that Hard casting aimed has been buried with previous version of Aimed Shot. Remember to glyph arcane shot too :)

I noticed it too in Raid. But i was wondering if these priorities switch between arcane and aimed S get effect with a specific level of stuff.
Let me explain it, i'm using Aimed Shot, (cast in 2.0sec) and make less dps than the other hunter (with a better gear) 3k difference who uses Arcane S. At using arcana shot, i noticed that my dps downs. Thus, is arcana shot make more dps from a level of gear?
Moreover, according to femal, with my stuff is better to use Aimed shot than arcana but with your gear is more benefic to use arcana shot.
So, is my conclusion is right?
