Hi. I have just done recruiting for our guilds 10 mans (We are doing our first on friday) and I was wondering if you have any tips for us beginners? We are planning on doing BH first (if we have it) (I believe it to be the easiest) What should we do from there? I have done a few bosses in PuG's but other than that, most of us dont know fights, other than what we've read online, and the videos we've watched. Any tips for us nubs?

I'll write down how we started with the 10-man group (keep in mind that this is the casual friends group, nothing official). Take in the information you think is important.

For the first raid we made sure people had enough item level, rights specs, gems and enchants and consumables in order. Nothing makes me as angry as people who don't prepare good enough and make others suffer. Preparing good also ensures that wipeing happens because of bad performance, and nothing else.

For the first encounter we did Baradin Hold, then we went for Halfus. If you have Slate Drake it might be very hard on your low geared healers. We one shotted Omnotron system in our first raid, but that might require a bit more knowledge of the mechanics to get done easily. Maloriak was also fairly easy, as Theralion and Valiona. And Atramedes when no one makes personal mistakes and dies to sound level.

Not sure what else to say. Let me know if I didn't answer your questions at all.

Actually that answer was perfect. We were planning on doing BH first. But We really didn't know where to go from there. I had assumed that BWD would be frist (doing Omni and The Worm (Cant remember his name)) but thanks! =D

Also, magmaw is pretty really easy with nearly any comp.
If you don't have a viable dk/mage(?) to kite adds, you can just aoe them down. Watch out with melee going crazy without a md/tott on a ranged dps :)

Good luck with raiding.

I would also like to ask. What are your suggested iL for DPs, Tanks, and Healers? Thanks!

As near full heroic blues as possible. Throw in a couple of ah/rep epics and it's fine.

But then we wiped... A lot.

You you guys have any suggestions for keeping people commited, we recruite people to our guild, and only 4 people show up (out off all 10 accepting the event invite). Any tips for that?
