Clique and Grid is for.....dumbs?

So a guildie of mine thinks using clique is for dumbs....as a healer I was immediately insulted, but since this player is normally on point with this game, I thought I'd ask for some pro opinions. Is clique for dumbs and should it not be used for healing with grid?

to say that grid and clique is for dumb ppl is perhaps one of the most stupid things ive heard in a while. and if he said it without basis or merit and didn't back this statement up with any words or substance, id slap him with a week old cod fish and tell him to suck his soother and go beat up a training dummy. some ppl use macros,, some ppl mouse over, some ppl use grid + clique, or healbot and belive it or not, some vanilla players use nothing at all. i know one really good holy pally who isn't even a vanilla player use's nothing, no addons at all,. not even dbm, he simply refuse's too, and its very rare he gets caught out by something and his healing is way strong. but hes one of the exceptions to the base rule that add ons are good in general.

if you like grid and clique ( and btw i do and love them, id be useless without them), why give a damn what he says at all, he dont play your char so his opinion in that regard is pretty much a mute point, go forth my son and heal...HEAL DAMN YOU!
