Hi!
My question is simple, its is it worth to do judgment everytime its off cd as holy paladin? (if you have time)
Or just when you have to refresh your JOTP?
I did my math and you do gain around 2k-3k mana/ judgment.
Whats your thought on this ?

Sincerly Piitz.

Well piitz, I was wondering the same thing, and come to the conclusion that Judgement is a skill that gives you mana though you can get to a target change and of course it hurts but in my personal opinion if I have active CS or any proc important and I have the Judgement to be used rather not use it I spend hours on a dummy because I'm a fan of good dps and I think it is so.
however it is good to calculate the time to throw whenever possible, but even there, because if you have the CD of TV, I mean, 3 loads of HP and prefer instead to launch the TV Judgement would be losing a global cooldown and a possible chance to proc, then it dramatically hurt your damage, now in the particular case that almost never happens you run out of mana, there is when you should take for the remaining priority jugdement keep up your rotation and skills that make greater damage.
