H Nefarion Phase 3

I have a question about phase 3.. We are consistently getting to phase 3 with everyone alive, but our add tank just keeps dying.. The adds arent getting hit with the fire but the tank just takes way too much damage before they are about to despawn and he just falls over dead. Are you suppose to kite them as much as possible or tank them and move when fire is coming? We have exhausted all possible options he just gets 1 shot.
