I'm reading over the new notes on mmo, and the new change to the four set grants spirit for everytime you use HS. My question is, will this new change out weigh the non tier pieces? Or will we still want to get the non tier for the larger amount of haste they give. Even the hardmode versions of both the tier and non tier. Thanks for replying ahead of time, If or when you do. :D

Spirit is better than haste, so of course you want the tier.

Worth to gem after the socket bonuses (which gives mastery) or just gem 40 int/20int 20 haste or 20 int 20 spirit?

40 mastery isn't better than 20 int.
