Lappé, i'd love to know why do you use [Tyrande's Favorite Doll] as moonkin.

Godlike trinket for something veeeery secret

I may be totally off here but I've heard it does not suffer from AoE DR. (Not tested myself, don't got the trinket.)
Also it benefits from things like Shadow Power ( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=87327 ) and Moonfury ( http://www.wowhead.com/spell=16913 ). (Yet again, not tested myself.)

Also it can crit (not tested myself, but quite a few has confirmed it on Wowhead for pach 4.0.3)

So my guess is that he uses it for maybe huge pulls in low-level instances and just blowing them all up with the trinket, as he has done some of those according to his recent activity @ Wowarmory.
Or maybe it's useful in some raid-encounter, I'm not sure.
Those are the only reasons I can think of :p

Why do you craft "Spirit" into "Hit", although it is the same when you skilled "balance of power" but Spirit improves you Manareg?
