This post is assuming your a holy pally. If you ret or prot I have no idea personally. All I have to say is that if you are prot I've looked at the 4pc bonuses of all tanks including pally and they all look fairly good
I've personally seen 2 sides of this story.
Alot of people are haste happy and love the off-set gear. I love haste, you love haste, what caster doesnt love haste. Some people arent looking at our 4pc set bonus and this is what it comes down to. Most 10 man hpallys arent going to take it unless they know how to use holy radiance at the right time all the time. 25m hpallys are going to most likely take that 4pc bonus if theyr'e using holy radiance like they should be. With as clumped up or spread out as everybody usually is in a 25m raiding enviorment holy radiance is always productive unless your away from the raid ex. lightning rod on ascendant council or al'akir. I find myself using holy radiance at least once a minute if not on cooldown but I'm having to use divine plea alot more often than I do outside of raiding and the rest of my mana cd's. That 1600 spirit (I think its 1600 maybe its 1900 not sure, regardless) is a huge bonus. Right now I have about 1900 spirit and I have 2.2k mana regen in combat. Almost double that. If you look at other healers 4pc bonus its almost similar but the thing is, you need to be using holy radiance on cd to get the full effect of that 4pc bonus.
As I said some pallys in 10m arent using holy radiance rarely if at all. 25m hpallys are using it quite often I'm seeing alot in world of logs and I get beat in hps almost every night because I just switched to a 25m cata raiding enviorment and I'm still getting used to using holy radiance at least once a minute.
