359 MoAD vs 359 FoT

Ok so basically I'm a tank and have the weapon 359 Fang of Twilight http://www.wowhead.com/item=63533/fang-of-twilight and I want to get Windwalk on it, and our GM says if I can prove it's BiS he'll give me the crystals. So basically for mitigation the 359 Mace of Acrid Death http://www.wowhead.com/item=59347 if my math is right, is 0.08% better for mitigation/avoidance. but the Fang is 1.10% better for threat due to the agility almost giving me a % of crit, as well as while my gear gets better the Fang will scale higher. Does this make it overall more useful, and better than using the Mace? It's hard to figure out due to the weight of Hold the Line as well. So basically is it worth keeping the 359 Fang over the 359 Mace due to minimally less mitigation but a good increase in threat? Thanks in advance!

I would say the mace also, I mean Agi is nice, but Strength is way better for your TPS. That is why you vig someone that is getting hit second to yourself, Vengeance will up your attack power, which in turns means more threat. I would imagine parry + strength would give you avoidance + threat on a better average.
