Haste for resto shamans

hey, im currently a 10 man raider and using a resto shaman. I wondering how much haste i should get before stacking into other. im at 14% and should i start going into other things or continue with the stacking? also how much crit should i get?

soft cap for haste is 916 rating and next step were something 2k-3k
