Trinket doubt

Hi to all,

i've used for long time Core of Ripeness and Tsunami Card (they work well together) but know i have take jar of ancient remedies and my question is which trinket i make work together? :) Tsunami and Jar?

The EJ topic is too confuse.... everybody sayng diferent things, i think we all need some opinion of who has more experience in raids, like ilonie, diamondtear and smirk. We all can see that the Doll is a potencial trinket, but it's really that good on raids?
And about the Fall of Mortality, at first look it looks amazing, but on teory its a crap near Jar, Tsunami and Doll.
And to finish, what about the core of ripness?

We are here to ask for the voice of experience, not the voice of theorycrafters. And if any paladin of paragon reponse the topic i would be grateful.
