Dark Intent Priority Question to Paragon

There has been some debate about this buff, and I suppose a few and not only locks of Paragon can answer this but was wondering what one of the top guilds out there are doing with this buff. I was wonder who generally recieves the buff on a dps priority basis -- Thanks ahead of time to any responses.
