Hello ladies and gentelmen,
I would like to ask 2 questions :
1) Is it worth to reforge an item that has Haste on it to Critical, or just leave it plain haste as is is ?
2) Mind Blast is better used on cooldown or only when you need to refresh the Shadow Orb Power buff ?
