hi there.

correct me if im wrong, but was it your guild that use a ventrilo-like program when on raid (and online in general) that is free to use?

if so, what is it called?

if not what do you use?

Have you debated using mumble? Free of charge (I know the old Vent version is too) and much better voice quality.

we have but no real decisions have been made, the weight is pretty much on the guild leadership. there have also been some talks about ts3 but lets see, nothings prolly gonna change before cata :)

I've tried mumble on numerous occasions, there's always been something that nags with its usage.

TS3 seems quite a bit superior to the rest with a bunch of handy features.

Hm weird. We have been using mumble for quite some time now and don't have any problems, including using the options of registered users, secret channels and talking to various channels or people in diff channels at once in order to distribute commands well in a large siege in Darkfall.
