I just want to say that i am attempting to learn finnish lol and it is a pain in the @$$ plus do u have to be fluent to attemp to apply? As of now i can speak it broken i guess you could say but i am learning it fast it is a very nice language not as rough as english[url][/url]

You need to be fluent in order to apply. Finnish is really one of the languages I wouldn't want to study.
