Trash Faster

Will keep this short and sweet. Any pointers from the pros on how to speed up trash in ICC, aside from the usual "Pull faster" bit. Looking for what you guys do to A) clump and clear the trash faster/most efficiently and B) Any useful strats you guys use to Bypass/Pull More mobs and make them less of a threat, such as good LOS points and how you best deal with mobs that can be a pain in the arse, such as the Tacticians near BPC, while maintaining maximum clearing speed/minimum downtime.
