Will DREAM Paragon ever create and/or release a step-by-step guide on the current MOP raids in terms of tactics and strategies used to down normal/heroic mode kills?

...Or sell it?

Sorry for the late answer but I don't think this would be possible, especially with the resources the guild has at the moment.
