Spec Flexibility Within a Class Comp

The following question is ultimately one of min-maxing. Considering tanking, healing and raid DPS, which specs, within the given class comp, are ideal for 4.3: Dragon Soul? (The warrior is interchangeable with another druid.)

I can't say I've spent much time on the ptr, but from things ive seen around various sites it sounds like resto druids are currently the weakest healers (as a resto shaman i actually dont like that). I would consider making your ele shaman go resto and your druid go boomkin, but even then that would depend on stacking/spread out aoe dmg incoming as shamans are still weak at spread out healing.

and from a less min/max perspective you have no class in that set up who primarily uses agi leather, but two plate tanks, so in terms of gear distribution a feral tank would result in less gear getting DE'd
