Fall of Deathwing Raid

Hey ive been watching a live stream of the new raid and just want to clarify that it is a level 85 raid and not a level 90 raid?

The raid is called Dragon Soul and will probably be released some weeks or months from now in patch 4.3 to the live realms and it's not a part of the next expansion so everyone doing it will be level 85.
