Either English is not his first language or he failed to take English classes in school, however I believe he is trying to ask how Devai can record such a smooth video while raiding, meaning sustaining a high fps while running fraps at 1080p. As that is what their Ragnaros HM kill is in.

Am I right or am I wrong?
